Flat Fee Rates
Half-Day Rates
(Includes pre & post work + up to 4 hours of mediation)
- Car wreck (< $500,000): $850 per party
- Car wreck (> $500,000): $1,050 per party
- Business disputes: $1,200 per party
- HOA disputes: $950 per party

Full-Day Rates
(Includes pre & post work + up to 8 hours of mediation)
- Complex car wreck (> $500,000): $2,100 per party
- Business disputes: $2,400 per party
- HOA disputes: $1,900 per party
Hourly Rates
- Mediation: $550/hour
- Arbitration: $425/hour
- Early Dispute Resolution: $425/hour
